pWe are looking for an experienced bAdvanced Project Manager /b to manage the implementation and coordination of IT information systems supporting European Commission initiatives in sustainable transport, energy efficiency, transport decarbonisation, and EU policy implementation. /p pThe successful candidate will oversee project planning, resource allocation, delivery, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting across multiple projects and workstreams in an international, multilingual environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the implementation of IT projects and information systems to meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations. /li liDevelop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risks. /li liCoordinate project activities, teams, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. /li liWork closely with business managers on project definition, business justification, and implementation. /li liMonitor project progress, costs, timelines, and resource utilisation, taking corrective action when required. /li liManage project risks, issues, changes, and quality control. /li liLead project teams, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with agreed objectives. /li liFacilitate project meetings, functional working groups, and stakeholder discussions. /li liMaintain project plans, quality plans, dashboards, and progress reports. /li liEstablish structured stakeholder communication plans and provide regular updates to senior management. /li liPrepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and management updates. /li liSupport the delivery of information systems related to transport data, vehicle CO₂ emissions, energy efficiency, policy modelling, and transport research. /li /ul h3Mandatory Qualifications and Experience: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or equivalent at EQF Level 7, typically corresponding to five years of higher education. /li liAt least 10 years of professional IT experience.



/li liAt least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. /li liAt least 10 years of experience with recognised project management methodologies, such as PM² and PRINCE2. /li liAt least 10 years of experience working in an international, multilingual environment. /li liAt least 8 years of experience managing projects in the energy and/or transport domain. /li liAt least 5 years of experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365. /li liAt least 5 years of experience using communication and training tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. /li liAt least 5 years of professional experience managing EU energy projects. /li liAt least 3 years of experience with defect tracking tools such as GitLab and GitHub, including severity, priority, and workflow management. /li liAt least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Jira. /li liAt least 2 years of experience with information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation. /li liEducational background in Electrical and Computer Engineering. /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. /li /ul h3Specific Expertise: /h3 ul liProject scheduling, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance tracking. /li liProject governance, risk management, change control, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. /li liPractical knowledge of reporting methods and meeting facilitation. /li liExperience with IT service management and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow. /li liProfessional project management experience in electricity grid-related projects. /li liBasic understanding of grid integration challenges associated with electric vehicle charging infrastructure. /li liStrong understanding of the road transport sector, EU policy frameworks, and emerging technologies. /li /ul h3Mandatory Certification: /h3 pAt least one of the following certifications, or an accepted equivalent: /p ul liProject Management Professional (PMP) /li liPRINCE2 /li /ul h3Additional advantageous certifications: /h3 pData Management and Effective Workplace Communication. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
