STMicroelectronics in Italy's Lombardy region invites engineers to join a team dedicated to GaN reliability qualification. You will perform reliability stress tests (Burn-In, HTRB, HTGB…), calibrate test equipment, and evaluate dielectric and transistor performance under varied conditions.
The role requires a Master’s degree in physics, materials science or electronic engineering, solid English, and the ability to analyze data to estimate device lifetime and robustness.
