Overview

In this role you will drive growth and market positioning for ABB’s Enclosure portfolio in Italy, collaborating with customers, sales, partners, and manufacturing sites. You will shape value propositions, go-to-market plans, and monitor market and regulatory trends to uncover opportunities. You’ll support new product launches and work to improve customer satisfaction and NPS. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to impact ABB’s market presence in a growing ecosystem.

Responsabilità

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
- Define compelling value propositions, product positioning, and GTM initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competition, customer needs, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with product management to provide market insights for launches
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to NPS improvements




- Develop business plans and commercial initiatives to expand ABB’s presence in target markets
- Engage in customer visits, industry events, and channel partner activities to strengthen positioning

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in electrical industry preferred
- Ability to translate technical features into customer value propositions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally and internationally
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
