We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our international tutoring services, specialising in the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE and MYP programmes. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive and personable individual who has completed the IB Diploma Programme and enjoys working with students, families and educators in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for students and parents, handling enquiries, providing support and ensuring an excellent client experience.
*
- Tutoring Coordination: Help match students with suitable tutors, coordinate lesson schedules and ensure smooth communication between families and educators.
*
- Administrative & Back-Office Support: Manage client records, update internal systems, organise documentation and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
*
- Client Onboarding: Support new families throughout the onboarding process, from initial enquiry to the start of tutoring.

- Operational Support: Work closely with the team to improve processes, resolve issues and maintain a high standard of service. Requirements

- Completed International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme – mandatory.

- Fluency in both English and Italian – mandatory.
*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
*
- Confidence using digital tools, spreadsheets and administrative platforms.
*
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a client-focused mindset. Nice to Have
*
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, education or operations.
*
- Familiarity with the International Higher Education systems.

- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
