To strengthen ThermoKey’s commercial organisation, we are looking for an Area Manager to join the team at our Rivarotta site in Udine, Italy. The Area Manager will play a key role in developing and managing the refrigeration and HVAC market, working closely with the Sales and Technical Sales teams. The geographical area of responsibility will be defined according to the successful candidate’s experience, skills and language capabilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographical area.
• Analyse customers’ technical requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the Technical Department.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
• Manage commercial negotiations through to order confirmation.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitors.




• Participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events when required.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective development of commercial opportunities. CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate should meet the following

requirements:
• At least 5-6 years of commercial experience within the heat-exchanger, HVAC or industrial refrigeration sector.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Excellent command of a third language.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to manage customers independently.
• Motivation to progressively build and develop a geographical sales area.
