N Position Type Non-Management Pay Range: EUR 24.884-27.284 Annual Salary Position Summary The Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance within the Resort in the event of malfunctions or breakdowns and for carrying out the maintenance interventions scheduled in the activity plan; he/she is also responsible for providing support to users for Hardware and Software assistance and for ensuring the proper functioning of the Resort's IT system. In carrying out his/her duties, he/she complies with and adheres to the technical regulations and operational standards of Lefay Resorts. The Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant reports to the Maintenance Manager. CHARACTERISTICS: Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing systems; Knowledge of the main Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite; IT knowledge on both hardware and software; Basic networking knowledge; Initiative,



interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork; Availability and flexibility; Previous Experience In a Luxury Hotel Is Not Required.
