Overview For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for a SAP Software Engineer to join our Core Functions Applications Department at our HQ in Trebaseleghe (PD). Your Impact Reporting to the Core Functions Applications Director, the SAP Software Engineer will drive the technical design, governance, and delivery of SAP solutions supporting key business processes across the Group. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, overseeing internal and external development teams and ensuring the continuous evolution and maintenance of the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Fashion, SAP Fiori, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In particular, the resource will be responsible for: Technical Solution Ownership
• Define and govern SAP technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through SAP technologies and development best practices. Delivery & Service Management
• Oversee the delivery of SAP developments, enhancements, maintenance, and defect resolution.
• Manage priorities, roadmaps, performance, and risks, ensuring compliance with release and change management processes Development Factory Leadership
• Coordinate internal and external SAP development teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effective collaboration.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous technical development. Hands-on Software Development
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP custom solutions,



contributing to implementations and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure development quality through code reviews and technical assessments. Qualifications Who We Are Looking For:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in SAP technical development, with solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ABAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, BTP, and related development frameworks.
• Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, OData services, and modern SAP development paradigms.
• Experience coordinating development teams and external partners, with knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies. We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is:
