Location:
Florence. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Order management: receive, verify, and process purchase orders for physical products (tests, books, and manuals), digital licenses (Giunti Testing platforms), training courses, and consulting projects;
• Public procurement and tender management (Public Administration/Healthcare): provide operational support in managing orders and administrative procedures through public procurement platforms (e.g., MePA), including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements;
• Supplier registry management: maintain and update registrations in approved supplier lists and vendor registers;
• Sales team support: provide ongoing support to Account Managers, coordinating with internal departments to ensure the smooth processing of requests and monitoring order status;
• Data management and record keeping: maintain and update customer records and sales opportunities within the company's CRM and ERP systems. What We're Looking For Must Have
• Hands-on experience in sales back office, sales administration, or similar roles within B2B environments, preferably in the training or services sectors;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (B1–B2 level)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce. Nice to Have
• Previous experience working with Public Administration clients and Knowledge of public procurement platforms (e.g., MePA/Consip).
