For our locations in Cardano al Campo, we are currently looking for a MAINTENANCE & FACILITY COORDINATOR The Maintenance & Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, asset management, technical documentation, supplier performance, and facility-related projects across multiple sites. The role ensures the reliability, availability, and protection of company assets by supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs, standardizing maintenance practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Coordinator acts as the primary operational link between maintenance teams, Unit Managers, contractors, Operations, QHSE, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, asset protection, and operational continuity.
• Manage maintenance planning, work orders, asset records, technical inventories, and documentation within the CMMS.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse failures and recurring issues, and support the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Coordinate maintenance contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and service level expectations.
• Organise and support technical audits, track findings and corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.




• Provide operational coordination across multiple sites, working closely with Maintenance Teams, Unit Managers, Operations, QHSE, and external contractors.
• Promote standardised maintenance processes, reporting, KPIs, and best practices while supporting cross-site knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Technical Diploma with relevant maintenance experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or technical operations environments.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, contractors, and suppliers, ideally within multi-site operations.
• Exposure to food production, catering, manufacturing, logistics, or temperature-controlled environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, utility, and production equipment systems.
• Experience using CMMS systems and analysing maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and asset data.
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across different functions and locations. Package: National Collective Agreement for Air Transport (Catering Section) –
