We are looking for an Italy Home Category & Business Development Specialist to join our Channels Activation Division within the Italy Business Unit based in Nuvola - our HQ in Turin.
The role is responsible for supporting the management of all the activities to define and implement commercial strategies that expand market reach, secure competitive advantage, and maximize revenue potential. This involves performing market research and analysis, supporting the the definition of commercial strategies and business development activities through exploration of new market segments and potential partnerships or acquisitions.
Performs market research and analysis on market conditions and industry trends with the aim to identify commercial growth opportunities and future threats
Supporting the activities related to the definition of commercial strategies for penetrating new markets, expanding product offerings,



and capturing market share
Supports management in the activities related to the exploration of new market segments, untapped customer segments, and potential partnerships or acquisitions for business development
Supports management in the definition of key requirements and capabilities needed to support the commercial strategy, including sales force's knowledge, tools, and incentives to effectively execute commercial strategies
Ability to balance a consistent presence in the field—supporting clients and project execution—with planning and coordination activities at the office
Ability to analyze and interpret commercial, marketing, and financial trends and KPIs, translating insights into opportunities and actions that support business growth
In-depth understanding of in-store operations, merchandising and display dynamics, product assortments, and shopper purchasing behavior
You have a Degree in Business Management, Trade Marketing or related fields
Previous experience as a Store
