Airelles Palladio Venice invites an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B; strategy across multiple outlets in Venice, including abc Kitchen, Matsuhisa, Villa Frollo by Norbert Niederkofler, Zitelle Bacaro, and a Private Club. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction, oversee budgets, inventory, hiring and training, ensure compliance with LQA and Forbes standards, and collaborate with Executive Chef and department heads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
