Marsh in Milan is seeking an Intern to join the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice. Based in Milan, you will support HR organization design, processes, skills, technology and analytics initiatives while learning Mercer methodologies and working closely with clients.
You will help analyze workforce data, deliver insights, and participate in workshops and client meetings to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
