Critical Operations Managers to lead our technical teams and help maintain the high standards of safety, reliability and service our customers depend on.
In this role, you'll lead Critical Operations Technicians (COTs) and Critical Operations Engineers (COEs) supporting facilities that operate around the clock. Combining your technical background with strong people leadership, you'll oversee critical engineering systems, manage operational performance and help your team develop. You'll work closely with engineering colleagues, customers and suppliers in an environment where technical expertise, teamwork and sound decision-making matter. The COM role does not involve rotating shifts, although the teams you lead provide 24/7 operational coverage.
