Overview As a Quality Engineer in Bologna, you will drive manufacturing quality improvements and support the use of tools that enhance process reliability. You work across departments on short and long-term corrective actions, investigating issues and delivering actionable 8D and customer reports. You'll track product transfers, support audits, and present progress to management while ensuring robust PFMEAs, control plans, and risk management for new products. This role offers exposure to cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement within a global company.
Retribuzione / Benefits
~ Salary range: 32,000–41,000 gross per year

Responsabilità
Coordinate and support multiple quality improvement projects across departments; drive corrective actions
Investigate reported quality issues and develop 8D/customer reports
Communicate investigation outcomes internally and externally
Track shipments of new products, perform Pareto analysis, assign ownership to problems




Support product transfer process, assist with product audit feedback and early field issue reporting
Present status updates on quality initiatives to management
Execute quality engineering tasks on new product releases and ensure issue resolution
Ensure PFMEAs, control plans, and risk management for new products
Participate in cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
Evaluate completed corrective actions for effectiveness

Requisiti fondamentali

- Tertiary qualification in an engineering field
- 1–3 years' experience in the role
- Good knowledge of quality tools, 8D reports, Six Sigma
