Tasks

- Performing technical services (repair, calibration, performance check, upgrade, FW update, etc.) on R&D; and third-party products-including preventive maintenance-at the R&D; site or at the customer's site.
- Performing technical service by following service processes and all relevant standards/guidelines.- Evaluation of the test result to diagnose the status of products and initiate potential required actions.
- Documentation of test results, service-relevant information, and quality data.
- Administering technical training, both at R&D; and at customer site.
- Provision of services in relation to incidents, service requests, suggestions, complaints, and billing inquiries
- First and second level remote support for new and existing customers
- Coordination and execution of construction, installation, maintenance, service,



and systems support activities for R&D; project activities, including third-party products
- Performing analysis and elimination of system errors, including at the customer's site
- Perform weakness analysis and devise solutions
- Compilation of specifications for system software changes and their implementation
- Direct contact for internal and external customers
- Recommendation and implementation of programs to support customer needs
- Technical documentation and related activities for products and systems

Qualifications

- Engineering education in Telecommunications or similar.
- Basic IP and networking principles.- Medium-high knowledge in wireless radiocommunication devices (V/UHF-HF).
- High skilled in field operations and services.
- High flexibility as well as ability to work independently
- Solution-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Availability to travel extensively,



with an average assignment schedule of approximately two weeks per month at customer sites or project locations.
- Strong interest in learning about new technologies and devices in line with new company developments and requirements in the area.
- Knowledge and application of UNI EN ISO9001:2015 standard
