This role focuses on ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods directly to customers, upholding JD.com's commitment to exceptional service. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the day-to-day operations of JD.com's 1PL delivery network, including route planning, dispatch, and last-mile delivery execution. /liliMonitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, delivery success rates, cost per delivery) and identify areas for improvement. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction. /liliManage and optimize resource allocation, including fleet management, driver scheduling, and equipment utilization. /liliEnsure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. /liliCollaborate with other internal departments, such as warehousing, customer service, and technology teams, to streamline end-to-end logistics processes. /liliAddress and resolve operational issues, delivery exceptions, and customer complaints related to 1PL delivery. /liliUtilize data analytics and logistics software to forecast demand, optimize routes,
