The position is based in Cascina Costa di Samarate. /ph3The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities /h3ulliDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under the supervision of the SVP Legal. /liliManaging and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Letters of Intent (LoIs), with particular attention to confidentiality obligations and the protection of Leonardo Helicopters' know-how. /liliProviding legal support on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements,
