pIRCA Group is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer for its Gallarate, Italy site. You will analyze and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes, support troubleshooting, and help implement new production lines to improve reliability and performance. /ppThe role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and Excel.
