Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will handle the assigned station and contribute to flawless F&B; production for our outlets.
You should bring a passion for luxury hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. The role is full-time, five days a week, with two days off, starting in January.
