Lucebox is seeking its first ML researcher to advance an open source engine and improve models on our local AI workstation.
You will design experiments, train and fine-tune open models on our hardware, and evaluate progress.
We seek a PhD-trained researcher or equivalent with strong PyTorch experience, capable of end-to-end experimentation and contributing to the open source project.
This is a full-time hybrid role in Milan.
