Calculate and monitor the indicators agreed with the CFO: revenue and profitability, liquidity and financial soundness, working capital, average collection and payment periods, net financial position, cash burn and cash runway. Analyse and reclassify financial statement data, maintain consistent calculation methods and flag significant changes.
- Support financial reporting for funded projects. Work with the CFO and project managers on financial reporting for projects funded by national and European public bodies. Collect and verify invoices, contracts, orders, proof of payment, personnel records and timesheets. Reconcile costs with the accounting records and check their allocation and eligibility under the funding rules. Support the preparation of progress reports and interim and final financial reports, monitor budgets, deadlines and funding claimed and received, and prepare documentation for checks and audits.
