pBaker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Team Leader - Operations Management in Italy to lead machining operations.
You will coordinate hourly teams, drive daily production plans and shifts, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
/ppYou will partner with engineering and manufacturing functions to resolve issues and implement Lean improvements.
The role requires an engineering degree, strong machining experience, and the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
