How you'll make an impact Lead Specialized Innovation: Manage the full lifecycle of new product development for projects falling in both product lines — from concept to market — ensuring excellence in cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Drive Technical Collaboration: Coordinate international,



cross-functional teams including R&D;, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Work closely with product managers and external partners to align on technical and commercial goals.

Ensure Product Excellence: Apply structured development methodologies (e.g., Gate Model), ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and proactively manage technical risks.
