We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate with the Control Functions of the Group Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions

- Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
- Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit
- Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
- Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed




- Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
- Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communication
- At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excell
