ResponsabilitàIdentify and implement automation to improve financial workflows
Develop and maintain Python scripts for task automation
Support new projects ensuring alignment with tax, accounting, and treasury guidelines
Conduct data analysis and reporting to optimize treasury processes
Collaborate across departments (Tech and Data teams) for smooth financial workflows
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization
Solid experience with Python and scripting for data manipulation, automation, or API integrations
Good understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and Italian
