Overview
As Outside Services Sales Representative you will grow service revenue by managing relationships with customers possessing qualified installed bases, promoting UPS and cooling services, from start-up to digital offerings. You will educate customers on pricing, drive demand, and expand Service Plans while aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize margins. The role blends technical insight with strategic account management in a global, values?driven company.

Initiate contact and build relationships with customers to identify opportunities
Educate customers on SE products/services, emphasizing recurring and digital offers
Increase Service Plans revenue and manage service orders and delivery
Manage sales funnel and forecasts using BridgeFrontOffice (Salesforce.com)
Provide tender inputs, proposals, and market analysis to support sales




Monitor margins and escalate opportunities below thresholds via DOA process
Collaborate with Inside Service Sales and BU account managers to maximize opportunities
Feed Field Services Marketing with customer needs and installed base data
Coordinate or attend trade shows and seminars as needed
Provide timely performance reports and field service analyses
Requisiti fondamentali
Solid technical sales experience (?5 years)
Experience with UPS, network architecture, datacenter and cooling systems (nice to have)
Account management skills and ability to build durable customer relationships
Ability to leverage technology and influence stakeholders
Active listening and proactive prospecting and networking
Strong verbal and written communication with C-level customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools
Experience with Salesforce.com and related sales tools (BridgeFrontOffice)
