Responsibilities
lead and coach a team of fx sales professionals, setting high standards and inspiring performance.
develop and implement sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and market knowledge.
pitch and close deals with prospective clients through phone and face?to?face meetings.
manage customer relationships for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades.
provide accurate sales forecasts and implement regional sales programs, training plans, and action plans.
ensure adherence to company?wide sales methodology and administrative processes.
participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements
proven track record in sales management, preferably in fx or cross-border financial services (e.g., supplier payment financing,



international payments, cash management).
experience in the financial services sector; a professional network is a plus.
excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior levels within sme customers.
fluent in italian and english.
