Travel Requirement: This role requires frequent national travel within Italy, approximately 50% of working time. You will spend significant time in the field visiting partner and carrier locations across the Italian network — observing the live customer returns experience, coaching partner teams on the spot, and gathering the insights that shape how network-wide improvements are rolled out. All travel expenses are reimbursed in accordance with Amazon's travel and reimbursement policy.
