To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and quality-conscious Staff Chef (m/f/d) who brings passion for good food, creativity and a sense for balanced nutrition to ensure the culinary well-being of our team every day.
Your Tasks
Independently planning and preparing varied, balanced and high-quality meals for approximately 100 team members (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Creating a diverse weekly menu featuring seasonal and regional ingredients
Creative, mindful and sustainable use of ingredients
Ensuring an attractive presentation, regular monitoring and replenishment of the staff buffet
Independently organizing the workstation and ensuring efficient use of ingredients
Supporting the kitchen team whenever needed
Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
Your Profile
Completed professional training as a chef or several years of experience in a similar position
Passion for fresh, varied and balanced cuisine
Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
Creativity and enjoyment of working with high-quality ingredients
Team spirit,

Flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills
Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
