We're collaborating with an established European manufacturer of coding and marking technology with the appointment of a Key Account Manager as part of its continued growth across the region.

This is a newly created position, focused on developing strategic relationships with major multinational manufacturers across food, beverage, FMCG and wider industrial markets.
The business has an established European presence, a strong technical reputation and ambitious plans to expand its relationships with major manufacturing groups.
The Opportunity

Working alongside an established European commercial team, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing strategic accounts across multiple manufacturing sites and countries.
The role combines new business development with the growth of existing customer relationships, although the initial emphasis will be on opening new opportunities and building your own portfolio.
Your geographical focus and target accounts will be shaped around your location, existing customer relationships and market experience.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with multinational manufacturers across Europe
Build relationships with senior stakeholders in production, engineering, operations and procurement
Develop strategic accounts across multiple manufacturing sites, moving beyond individual plant-level relationships




Identify opportunities to displace incumbent coding and marking suppliers and increase market share
Manage and develop selected existing accounts, identifying opportunities for wider European growth
Work closely with regional sales teams and technical specialists to deliver customer-specific solutions
Our Ideal Candidate

A strong background in industrial coding and marking, product identification or closely related technologies
Experience selling CIJ, TIJ, laser marking, TTO, print and apply, labelling or industrial traceability solutions
A proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic customer accounts
Established relationships with major manufacturers, ideally across food, beverage or FMCG
Experience engaging decision-makers across multiple sites, countries or centralised procurement structures
Strong commercial awareness, technical credibility and the ability to manage complex sales cycles
Fluent English and a willingness to travel across Europe
