Responsibilities
Create and manage approval workflows for marketing promotional materials
Track and manage the marketing budget and expenditures
Coordinate Italian HQ demo room bookings and material orders
Support marketing event recruitment and update Salesforce records
Manage contracts for local events and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years corporate back-office or operational support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Fluent English; native or fluent Italian preferred for Italian market role
Proactive, detail-oriented approach with ownership mindset
