/p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs a Supplier Quality Engineering - Casting and Forging, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier's delivered products.
All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement.
The main goal is to continuously improve the supplier's Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs.
/p h3As a Supplier Quality Engineering - Casting and Forging, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liSupport the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust plan of corrective actions (CA) after related Non-Conformity Record (NCR) /li liImplement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers /li liQualify the suppliers according to Company rules /li liMove out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirements /li liCheck the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control Plans /li liSupport the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) management /li liSupport cross-functional activities to improve Suppliers Quality /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in castings and forgings areas /li liHave technical knowledge of process metallurgy and metallography, castings solidification, hot metal working, laboratory testing, welding techniques, NDTs (VT, PT, MT, UT, RX) and CNC machining + basics of painting /li liBe able to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications /li liHave perfect knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO**** as a minimum)

/p pFor Italy:The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000.
/p pThe provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
/p pFor France:The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 46,000 To 85,000.
The following provisions relating to pay set out in a relevant collective agreement will be applied to this position.
