OverviewIn this role you lead the Navigation & Non-Radar Surveillance Services organization, owning the end-to-end service lifecycle, P&L;, and strategic growth.
You align service delivery with NAS objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage senior customer relationships.
You will drive profitability through lifecycle support, maintenance, training, and obsolescence planning across the installed base.
This position combines leadership of multidisciplinary teams with accountability for quality, safety, and contractual commitments, shaping the Services business at Thales.
ResponsabilitàLead the Navigation and Non-Radar Surveillance Services organization with full accountability for performance, P&L;, and customer commitments
Define and implement the Services strategy and operating model in line with NAS objectives and Thales policies
Own the Services P&L;, including revenue, margin, and cash targets, with corrective actions as needed
Prepare and manage annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring alignment of revenues, workload, and resources
Drive profitable growth across lifecycle support, maintenance, spares and repairs, training, and obsolescence management
Oversee end-to-end service delivery: architecture,



field services, installation, maintenance, training, and lifecycle support
Act as the senior escalation point for services-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong customer relationships and represent Services in reviews, negotiations and lifecycle discussions
Lead, develop and coach the Services organization, manage staffing and cross-functional collaboration
Define and monitor key services KPIs (revenue, margin, backlog, delivery performance, repair turnaround)
Coordinate with Sales, Bid Management, Project Management, Product Lines, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
Identify and manage services risks and opportunities with appropriate mitigation and escalation
Ensure compliance with Thales processes, Quality, HSE, Ethics & Compliance, Export Control and regulatory requirements
