Overview In this role you will own end-to-end strategic workstreams to shape the Group Strategy, aligning plans with insurance and asset management leadership. You’ll translate complex macro trends into actionable insights and executive-ready materials for Board and investors. You’ll build reusable strategic tools, drive cross-functional collaboration, and apply AI-enabled analytics to accelerate decision-making. * Own specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process from framing to final documentation
* Develop benchmarking, scenario analyses, and ad-hoc studies leveraging external data and proprietary assets
* Conduct periodic reviews of Business Units' strategies and market positions
* Prepare Board-level and investor-facing materials (Strategy Day, Investor Day, quarterly updates)

* MSc or equivalent in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related fields
* 5-7 years’ experience in insurance, financial services, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas
* Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
* Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills (scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, value driver trees, business cases)
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools a plus
* Solid understanding of insurance and financial services business models, dynamics, profitability drivers
* Ability to prepare clear executive materials for senior management, Board, and investor contexts
* Practical familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions in analytics workflows
