h3Job Description /h3 h3Job Description: Product Line Asset Infrastructure Coordinator /h3 h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Product Line Asset Infrastructure Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the visibility, availability, effective utilization and continuous improvement of Product Line testing assets and laboratory infrastructure across relevant Vertiv locations. /p pThe role acts as the central coordination point between Engineering, Program Management, laboratory teams, site organizations, suppliers and contractors to support product development activities, infrastructure initiatives and long-term capability planning. /p pIn addition to operational coordination, the position drives the adoption of digital tools, data-driven processes and AI-enabled solutions that improve resource planning, asset utilization, reporting and decision-making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAsset Visibility and Capacity Management /li liMaintain a consolidated view of Product Line testing assets, laboratory facilities and related infrastructure across relevant Vertiv sites. /li liMonitor asset availability, utilization, occupancy and planned allocations. /li liMaintain accurate capacity planning information and provide visibility of current and future resource availability. /li liIdentify potential resource constraints and proactively facilitate resolution of capacity conflicts. /li liEnsure stakeholders have access to reliable information regarding asset status, utilization trends and future capacity needs. /li liProject and Roadmap Support /li liCollaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers and Engineering teams to align asset availability with development priorities and project schedules. /li liSupport product development planning by providing visibility into laboratory resource requirements, constraints and dependencies. /li liFacilitate cross-functional discussions when competing priorities impact resource availability. /li liDevelop and maintain medium- and long-term forecasts of testing demand and infrastructure requirements.



/li liSupport Product Line planning activities through data-driven assessment of future capability needs. /li liInfrastructure and Asset Improvement Coordination /li liCoordinate initiatives related to upgrades, modifications and enhancement of laboratory assets and testing facilities. /li liSupport execution of infrastructure improvement projects, including equipment installations, electrical upgrades and facility-related works. /li liMonitor implementation progress and ensure alignment among stakeholders involved in execution activities. /li liFacilitate communication and issue resolution among Product Line teams, site functions, laboratory personnel and external partners. /li liSupport initiatives intended to increase laboratory capabilities, improve operational efficiency and remove infrastructure-related constraints. /li liSupplier, Contractor and Procurement Coordination /li liAct as the primary coordination point for suppliers, contractors and service providers supporting Product Line testing assets and laboratory infrastructure at the Bologna site. /li liCoordinate quotations, procurement activities, deliveries and implementation schedules. /li liCollaborate with local counterparts at other Vertiv locations to ensure visibility and alignment on infrastructure-related activities affecting Product Line resources. /li liSupport tracking of CAPEX and OPEX initiatives associated with laboratory infrastructure and testing assets. /li liMonitor procurement status, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring stakeholders maintain visibility of spending progress and future funding needs. /li liDigitalization, Analytics and Continuous Improvement /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards,



reporting tools and data-driven solutions supporting asset management and capacity planning. /li liProactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of resource allocation and infrastructure management processes. /li liPromote the adoption of AI-based and digital solutions that enhance planning, monitoring, forecasting and decision-making capabilities. /li liDefine and continuously improve KPIs, analytics and reporting methodologies used to measure asset utilization, infrastructure performance and operational effectiveness. /li liDrive a continuous improvement culture by introducing scalable solutions and innovative approaches that increase visibility and optimize resource utilization. /li liReporting and Governance /li liProvide periodic status updates to Product Line leadership regarding resource availability, infrastructure initiatives and strategic capacity outlooks. /li liCommunicate key risks, constraints, utilization trends and infrastructure project status to Product Line and Engineering leadership. /li liSupport governance activities through accurate reporting, performance metrics and fact-based decision support. /li liMaintain consistent reporting practices that enable effective prioritization and resource allocation across the Product Line. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical field. /li liExperience in laboratory environments, engineering operations, technical project coordination or infrastructure-related activities. /li liExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix organization. /li liFamiliarity with CAPEX/OPEX management and procurement processes. /li liStrong planning, organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across multiple sites and functions. /li liStrong analytical mindset and interest in digitalization, data-driven decision making and AI-enabled solutions. /li liFluent English. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
