As Clinical Project Manager, you will lead global, multi-center clinical trials across therapeutic areas, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality execution. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and serve as the primary client contact to drive collaboration and satisfaction. This role blends hands-on project management with strategic proposal input and adherence to company standards. Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas
Deliver projects on time, within budget, with high quality
Lead and manage multi-functional project teams

Act as primary client contact for project matters
Participate in bid defense meetings and development of proposals
Ensure implementation of standard practices and compliance with procedures
Requisiti fondamentali
Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager)
Global or regional project management experience covering startup to study closure
Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI/IBD (preferred)
Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects (preferred)
BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build stakeholder relationships
Strong negotiation, team-building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
