K. Place Rome, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage front office operations, handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs. You will support guests with information about hotel services and local attractions, address any issues promptly, and maintain accurate records in the hotel systems. maintaining a professional appearance, and upholding J.
K. Place’s service standards at all times. Qualifications
- Ability to perform receptionist duties and manage front office responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in guest check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on courtesy, discretion, and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, with a professional and clear style.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling cash and records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
