You will start with a training period in Milan, then transition to a permanent role in Rome, contributing to a data-driven, performance-focused culture with room for growth.

ResponsabilitàPrepare and analyze Revenue Management reports to support decisions




Monitor pick-up vs forecasts, identify variances and growth opportunities
Conduct period-end analysis to uncover trends and seasonality
Perform advanced pricing analyses, displacement analysis, and profitability assessments
Evaluate hotel performance against historical results, budgets, and competitors
Organize and lead regular revenue meetings to align pricing by property and destination
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Economics, Tourism, or related field
At least 3 years of Revenue Management experience in the hotel industry
Strong Excel skills and data analysis tools proficiency
