BeSafe Group, based in Rome, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive client engagement across our insurtech platform for Travel & Hospitality. You will onboard new clients, optimize account performance, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Tech teams to reduce churn and grow revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B account management, fluency in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel for on-site events.
