Overview
In this role you drive commercial and technical support across the project lifecycle for DuPont Water Solutions in EMEA.
You coordinate with internal teams and customers to execute large projects, prepare integrated UF/MBR/RO proposals, and ensure profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
You act as the interface between customers and internal functions, overseeing documentation, contract management and cross-functional execution.
This is a hands-on, cross-region role that shapes project outcomes and value delivery.

Responsabilità
Support contract review and negotiation (scope, milestones, payment terms, warranties, liabilities, changes)
Coordinate document control, submittals, quality docs, and customer approvals for large projects
Prepare proposals, tender docs, and technical/commercial clarifications
Translate contractual obligations into actions, deliverables, responsibilities and project plans
Lead project kick-off and execution with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Legal and field-service teams
Track scope, schedule, risks, changes, invoicing and commitments through close-out
Support sales teams with opportunity development,



forecasts and reporting
Provide product guidance and inputs from Technical Specialists and internal functions
Manage quotations for customers, spare parts and pilot plants in alignment with sales teams
Support order clarification, after-sales activities and customer communication throughout the lifecycle
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent
Experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service, Contract Management or Project Management in water treatment or similar project business
Commercial and basic technical knowledge of UF, MBR and RO
Experience with large international projects, project documentation and complex contracts (beneficial)
Understanding of project economics, contracting, payment terms, guarantees, logistics, international trade
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, CPQ, SAP and project-planning tools are beneficial
Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
Customer-oriented and sales-support mindset
