Innovation Roundtable® is seeking a full-time remote CRM Administrator and Sales Operations Manager to configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho CRM, including user management, data quality, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
You will design and improve sales processes, create dashboards and performance reports, and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights, while coordinating with stakeholders and documenting processes.
