Role Overview

The Associate Technical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical and MEP design activities for high-profile projects, primarily data centres. The ideal candidate will bring a hands‑on approach, with at least 10 years of direct experience in electrical/MEP design, guiding junior engineers and liaising with external stakeholders. xpavfwm

Required Experience and Skills

- Minimum 10 years of personal electrical/MEP design experience, preferably in data centres or similar complex environments
- Native or C2 level Italian; minimum B2 level English
- Strong understanding of BIM environments and Revit
- Proficiency with tools such as Amphere, Dialux, or similar, with supervisory capability
- Proven experience coordinating with third parties on complex projects
