Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Flamingo Resort & Spa. You will be the guest’s first and last contact, delivering a welcoming experience and professional service during check-in and check-out.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk or guest services experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.
