Ceres Recruitment Deutschland client seeks an Export Area Manager to drive international sales growth in the DACH and PL regions, based from an office near Verona, Mantova or Bologna, with frequent travel to market areas.

You will build distributor networks, manage forecasts and budgets, scout opportunities, and collaborate across sales, R&D;, product management, marketing and finance, reporting directly to the CEO. Hybrid work options may be available.
