The St. Regis Rome, hosted by Hosco in Rome, is seeking a temporary Banqueting Maitre to lead banquet service within the F&B; team. You will read and interpret banquet event orders, coordinate setup, and ensure guest needs are anticipated and met with discretion and grace.
You will supervise floor staff, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and execute opening/closing duties, inventory, and service excellence during events, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.
