Team Lead Warehouse Support
. Your mission: make sure our warehouse teams work to the standards our business and our customers expect.
What you will do
Guide and coach your team; recruit and onboard new colleagues
Monitor KPIs, organize the work, share tasks and keep schedules and deadlines
Plan, coordinate and control warehouse implementations done by the team
Motivate the team and make sure tasks are completed correctly and goals are reached
Keep customer service at a high level
Manage team administration: working hours, holiday planning, employee assessments
Requirements:
3+ proven work experience (or equivalent) as a team leader or supervisor
B2 English




Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and services, including the international warehouse market
Good MS Office skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills
