The role involves overseeing the full payroll lifecycle, supporting employees and stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including payroll inputs, attendance data, variable compensation, absences, bonuses, benefits, payroll validation, and discrepancy resolution; /li liCoordinate with external payroll providers and labor consultants, ensuring compliance with Italian labor law, tax regulations, social security obligations, INPS, INAIL, CU, fiscal reconciliations, and CCNL requirements; /li liManage employee benefits and supplementary schemes, including healthcare and welfare programs; /li liAct as a trusted point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on payroll, compensation, and benefits-related matters; /li liMaintain accurate personnel administration records and support payroll-related reporting activities; /li liContribute to the continuous improvement, efficiency, and digitalization of HR and payroll processes; /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field; /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration and personnel management; /li liStrong knowledge of Italian payroll processes, labor law, tax, and social security regulations; /li liExperience managing different employee populations and applying multiple CCNLs, ideally including CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria; /li liHands-on experience with Zucchetti HR solutions,
