h3Residencies and Performances Coordinator /h3 h3About Us /h3 pOrsolina28 Art Foundation is a Foundation born to promote the future of the performing arts and transform them into a factor of social development and growth for the local area. /p pIt is a multidisciplinary space where nature, creativity and wellbeing come together: a vision embodied in a farm, dance and wellness school, events open to the public, accommodation facilities and a restaurant, which organises numerous activities to allow its guests to immerse themselves in nature and experience everyday life in our spaces. /p h3The Position /h3 pWe are looking for someone to help coordinate Orsolina28's residency projects and sharings. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Artistic Residencies - supporting the Head of Partnerships and Strategic Communications /h3 ulliParticipate in defining the calendar of artistic residencies at Orsolina28 (Call for Creation, Focus on Creation and Cherry Notes Series programs). /liliDraft residency contracts. /liliManage contacts with invited companies/artists and gather the information necessary for the promotion and logistical implementation of the programs. /liliCoordinate the organizational and logistical aspects of the residencies, in collaboration with the other departments at Orsolina28. /liliAct as the main contact for artists during the planning and hosting of the residency. /li /ul h3Sharings - supporting the Director of Performing Arts /h3 ulliCoordinate ticket sales and reservations for performances. /liliAssist with SIAE paperwork for shows and in collecting the data needed to complete the borderò. /liliSupport the collection of information for administrative requirements (permits) for artists involved in performances.



/liliAct as theatre manager for all Orsolina28 Art Foundation’s performances, including operational coordination with all those involved (technicians, hostesses, security, civil protection, volunteers) and supervision of organisational details and the running of performances. /li /ul h3Social Impact Programs - supporting the Head of Partnerships and Strategic Communications /h3 ulliParticipate in defining the calendar of Orsolina28 social impact residencies. /liliDraw up residency contracts. /liliManage contacts with Orsolina28's partner foundations and associations. /liliCoordinate the programs for individual residencies. /liliParticipate in the design and planning of cultural mediation activities. /liliAct as the main contact for foundations and associations during the planning and hosting of the residencies. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 ulliAt least two years of experience organizing live performances, festivals, cultural events, or artist residencies. /liliBachelor's degree in Cultural Institution Management or equivalent professional experience in the field. /liliStrong organisational and management skills. /liliAbility to work independently, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle unexpected situations. /liliAbility to coordinate and work with various external stakeholders. /liliAbility to work under pressure and in a constantly changing environment. /liliC1 level English, written and spoken. /liliB2 level in a second language is an asset. /li /ul h3Remuneration /h3 pFixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to permanent contract. /p pCompetitive remuneration reflecting the experience and skills of the successful candidate. /p pThe deadline for applications is October 31, 2026. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
