pGRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-establish Group currently recruiting for the position of Group Marketing Manager to be based in Nicosia. /p h3MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDeveloping the marketing strategy for the Group for new and existing products. /li liOverseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. /li liWorking closely with the company’s Marketing teams in various countries, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. /li liEnsuring that the marketing teams in the various countries implement the marketing objectives. /li liHold regular meetings with managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure teams consistently perform above standard. /li liAttend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis /li liManage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. /li liUndertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends /li liProducing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently. /li liControl budgets and allocate resources amongst projects /li liBecome the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with key media in Cyprus and other countries. /li liPerform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity. /li liLiaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc. /li liFacilitate the resolution of disputes with the public. /li liDraft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website and other digital/social media.



/li liOrganize initiatives and plan events or press conferences Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership. /li liMonitor progress and submit performance reports. /li liUnderstand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and client/consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team. /li liCollaborate with Sales to develop strategic channel partner programs. /li liLiaise and negotiate with the Group’s vendors to ensure ongoing support and alignment for marketing/promotional activities and to acquire additional incentive/promotion funds /li /ul h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration ore relevant field. /li liMaster’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field or any professional qualification in the field will be considered an advantage. /li liAt least 10 years of relevant experience (especially in a fast paced environment) /li liProven record of accomplishment of success in senior marketing roles. /li liExperience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. /li liProven ability to plan and manage budgets. /li liConfident, driven and dynamic leader. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset. /li liExcellent organizing skills. /li liAnalytical and creative thinking. /li liExquisite communication and interpersonal skills. /li liUp to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices. /li liCustomer-oriented approach. /li liEstablished portfolio of media and PR contacts. /li liDesire to grow professionally with ongoing education. /li /ul h3SALARY AND BENEFITS /h3 ul liSalary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
