Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Chief Core & Cloud Director who wants to build something not just manage something.
This is a strategic leadership role with the responsibility of developing and scaling a significant part of our technology business turning our capabilities expertise and partnerships into sustainable growth.
The mission is clear: build and scale three strategic business areas around the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cybersecurity
Develop our security business from Microsoft Security and SOC capabilities to managed security services governance and next-generation AI-driven security solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure
Drive our capabilities around Azure hybrid cloud infrastructure modernization and managed services transforming technology expertise into scalable and recurring business.
Modern Work
Expand our offering around Microsoft 365 Copilot Teams Intune Entra and the broader employee experience helping customers turn technology investments into measurable business value.
This is not simply a technical CTO role nor are we looking for someone who simply manages an existing P&L.;
We are looking for a business builder: someone with enough technological understanding to engage with engineers and architects but who approaches the business with the mindset of a General Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the growth strategy;
- Own revenue profitability and business performance;
- Build propositions and go-to-market strategies;
- Develop strategic relationships with Microsoft and key partners;
- Identify M&A; and inorganic growth opportunities;
- Develop key enterprise accounts;
- Build high-performing teams;
- Attract and retain exceptional technology leaders;
- Create recurring and scalable services;
- Turn technology capabilities into businesses.
The organizational model is deliberately entrepreneurial.
As Chief Core & Cloud Director you will lead 23 Practice Directors each responsible for one of the core business areas with the mandate to develop their teams offerings pipeline and P&L.;
You should therefore be comfortable moving seamlessly between:
Strategy Customers People Technology P&L;
You should be someone ambitious enough to think about the next 35 years but pragmatic enough to know that growth starts with customers people and execution.
Our ideal candidate:
The ideal background could be a Business Unit Director Practice Director CTO Cloud & Security Director Managed Services Director Senior leader who is ready for a broader mandate.
- Has a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem particularly across Cloud Security and Modern Work
- Has experience building or significantly growing technology businesses practices or business units
- Has managed revenue profitability and P&L; responsibilities
- Combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset
- Has experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Is comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
- Understands how to build strategic vendor and partner relationships
- Thinks beyond individual projects and focuses on creating scalable businesses
- Has the ambition to shape a 35 year growth journey while remaining pragmatic and focused on customers people and execution
